What the LVLOA does
The LVLOA describes its mission this way:
“Operating as a non-profit and voluntary membership organization, Laguna Vista Landowners Association is responsible for the financial oversight and maintenance of Shroyer Drive, Willow Creek Bridge, and community gates.”
The LVLOA is supported by Volunteer Road Contributions and volunteer labor from Laguna Vista Estates landowners. Being an LVLOA member or volunteer contributes to the maintenance of Shroyer Drive, Willow Creek Bridge, and the community gates.
